Our process for submission of proposal is by invitation only. However, if an organization or individual is interested in having the Foundation review a program which aligns with our mission and priorities, you can create a letter of enquiry and submit it to hello@applebaumphilanthropy.org
The Applebaum Family Compass Fund
The Applebaum family has a long and generous history of philanthropy with a distinctive commitment to advancing and enriching our community’s future.
The Applebaum Family Compass Fund is a special grant program of Applebaum Family Philanthropy dedicated to piloting and advancing those efforts in Southeastern Michigan that unite entrepreneurism and determination toward fruition.
Focus of funding support:
- Innovation and innovative leaders
- Emerging issues and needs
- Creative collaboration and synergy
- Organizational and community partnerships
Areas of Funding:
- Education
- Arts and Culture
- Jewish Community
Grant Program:
- Seed/Pilot funding
- Not to exceed $2500 dollars in initial funding
- Not intended to be more than two-three years in duration
